Richard is a Chartered Building Surveyor and professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is Director of Architecture and Building Surveying at the Fleet office of SHW.

Project Experience

Richard has experience in all core Building Surveying Services on a variety of Commercial, Education and Residential properties. Specialist fields have been established in the project management and contract administration of new build, refurbishments, and maintenance contracts. Richard also has extensive knowledge of working with education establishments and leading project teams.

He has successfully managed the Architectural and Building Surveying projects from the Fleet office since 1994 and delivered a variety of Commercial, Education and Residential projects during this period of time including:
