How we can help you?
As an independent Expert Witness we can assist the parties to understand the property related issues and make the difference between success or failure of a claim.
Our registered valuers are regularly called upon to provide Expert Witness Reports and appear in court to provide expert opinion on a range of property matters. Each of our Partners & Directors are Expert Witnesses in their specialist fields. We can share our vast knowledge and experience of property related issues with you to provide initial advice in resolving your particular problem. If needed, we are then able to provide a report to comply with the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35.
