Graduate Surveyor - Sussex Coast

 

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time Graduate Surveyor to provide assistance to the busy and pro-active Agency team throughout Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey with marketing, data collection and schedule production. A focused, enthusiastic, and determined graduate surveyor with the ability to use own initiative and work in a team environment.  A confident manor meeting and communicating with Landlords, Developers and Tenants. The ability to demonstrate problem solving and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines by scheduling my time and focusing on the most important tasks with daily accountability. The graduate training programme will commence upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Graduate Building Surveyor - Croydon

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time Graduate Building Surveyor to assist the Building Consultancy division in servicing internal & external based clients on residential & commercial instructions. To promote and support the growth of Building Consultancy and Stiles Harold Williams.

 

Building Surveyor Associate/Director - Croydon

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time qualified Building Surveyor at Associate / Director level to assist with the expansion and provision of building consultancy based in our Croydon office. The successful individual will be responsible for managing a small team, developing new and existing client base to achieve divisional targets whilst undertaking building surveying instructions. The candidate must be versed and able to undertake all aspect of building surveying and have previous experience on managing a team.

 

Building Surveyor – London

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time Building Surveyor to assist the Building Consultancy division with the provision of building consultancy advice and services throughout the country, but principally in London region and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year post qualified experience and be able to utilise this past experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor to progress, manage and complete instructions on behalf of clients.

 

 

Central Division

 

Purchase Ledger Assistant - Brighton  

 

We are currently recruiting a full time Assistant Accountant, the role will support the entire accounting cycle by assisting the Senior Management Accountant with all accounts functions and tasks - but with key focus on Purchase Ledger.

 

 

Professional Division

 

Graduate Surveyor - Crawley

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time Graduate Surveyor to assist in the carrying out of all aspects of commercial surveying under the supervision of the Head of Department and qualified surveyors. The graduate training programme will commence upon completion of probationary period within the professional team working towards MRICS status.

 

Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - London

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with 1-3 years PQE to value all types of residential and non-trading commercial property within the Central and Greater London area. Valuations to be carried out for secured lending, accounts, tax, expert, matrimonial and acquisition purposes. The role will also include leasehold enfranchisement valuations for the purpose of residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisements.

 

 

Property Management Division

 

Surveyor / Senior Surveyor – Crawley

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to manage a portfolio of retail and commercial property from our Crawley office, reporting to the Partner in charge and direct to clients. The postholder will also be responsible for enhancing the client relationship by seeking to refer other SHW services, where appropriate.

 

Senior Client Accountant – Brighton

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time Senior Client Accountant to be responsible for the control and management of clients’ accounting relationships, client reporting, distribution of funds and updating of the Property Management system.

 

Team Administrator – Fixed Term Contract – Brighton

 

We are currently recruiting for a full time Team Administrator in the Brighton Commercial & Residential Property Management Teams, to work alongside the Property Managers, providing daily administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of all properties under instructions.
