PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION
PRS Manager – Property Management
We currently have a vacancy in our Eastbourne office as part of the PRS Property Management Department. To undertake annual property inspections, final checks and attend to properties when alerted to possible needs for repairs. To assess disrepair and responsible for maintenance, issue instructions to contractors, inspect works and approve for payment, working within budgetary constraints. Providing daily administrative support, respond to requests for alterations made by tenants and grant funded organisations, attaching appropriate conditions to consents granted.
Service Charge Controller & Purchase Ledger
We currently have a vacancy in our Brighton office as part of the Property Management Accounts Department. To assist in the preparation and completion of service charge year end reporting on both commercial and residential portfolios. To undertake reconciliation of relevant property bank statements for purpose of year end. To input invoices for payment and produce a weekly payment run. To assist in preparation of porters’ wages run and monthly payments.
