Professional Division


Surveyor / Senior Surveyor 



We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Surveyor to join the Crawley Professional team to undertake general professional services work to include rent reviews, lease renewals, advise on Landlord & Tenant matters, undertake Business Rates appeals and provide general rating advice to ratepayer clients.


To support the existing professional team and working with all other divisions within the firm in growing this area of the business by establishing and developing client contacts and undertaking a variety of general practice professional service work.



Property Management Division 


Property Manager – PRS



To undertake Property Management responsibilities for a growing portfolio of Residential PRS Properties (some with associated blocks) nationwide. Maintaining good communication with clients, tenants and contractors on property related matters and ensuring all statutory compliance and Health & Safety obligations are met.


Client Accountant 



Full responsibility for the control and management of clients’ accounting relationships, client reporting, distribution of funds, updating of Property Management system. Daily and monthly reconciliations.  Compliance with RICS and Partnership banking requirements.


Service Charge Controller



We are currently recruiting for a Service Charge Controller to join the Property Management Accounts team to assist in the preparation and completion of service charge year end reporting on both commercial and residential portfolios. To undertake reconciliation of relevant property bank statements for purpose of year end. To assist in preparation of porters’ wages run and monthly payments.



BCD Division


Graduate Building Surveyor



We are recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor to assist the Building Consultancy division in servicing internal & external based clients on residential & commercial instructions. To promote and support the growth of Building Consultancy and Stiles Harold Williams.



Central Division


Risk & Compliance Officer


To advise on all statutory and regulatory compliance matters and ensure they are adhered to throughout the Firm.
