We were appointed by Park House School to design and deliver a bespoke dance studio, to be built within the constraints of a limited budget, following the successful raising of funds by the school’s PTA.
The building utilised natural materials with glulam beams within a timber-framed structure. It is thermally efficient and has a sprung floor specifically designed to the highest quality for dance performance. The building also provides changing rooms, toilets, an office and a large performance area providing added value to the school which now excels in the performing arts.
