Rayana Betts is a Property manager in the Residential Block Management department at SHW. Rayana is working towards her Level 3 IRPM Associate exam in Leasehold Management (AIRPM).

Rayana has experience of working in Residential Property Management in the South Coast managing a variety of properties in Brighton and Eastbourne. She is responsible for compliance in Health & safety, production of service charge budgets, year end accounts and maintenance matters.
