Nick joined the Building Consultancy Division as an assistant surveyor in July 2022, having over 5 years experiences, he has worked with two other surveying practices in Haywards Heath and Leatherhead. Nick is based in the Crawley office and recently completed his 5-year Degree Apprenticeship at Kingston University.

Nick assists with the completion of many building surveys, including Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Condition Schedules, and Defect reports. Nick is also proficient at using Auto CAD to produce a variety of drawing types.
