Senior Surveyor – London

The purpose of this role is to undertake a range of professional services work, including valuations of residential property in London and South London for collective enfranchisement and lease extension purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Reform, Housing & Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended) and for other purposes (eg, loan security, probate, matrimonial, etc). Work will involve the inspection of houses and flats, preparation of reports, negotiating premiums and representing clients (in due course) at hearings of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. There is also a requirement to assist the Partner responsible for commercial professional work in London, which will involve rent reviews/lease renewals and valuations of commercial property for tax, year end accounts and other purposes. A proven track record in winning business and networking to assist in the expansion of the team is also desirable.

RICS qualification and ideally a Registered Valuer is required for this role and we would expect the successful applicant to have at least 2 years post qualification experience. The position offers the opportunity to work for a well respected company that expects high standards and to be part of a professional team committed to maintaining these standards and expanding our business locally.
