Over the past eight months, SHW has secured five lettings across Church Road and Rocks Lane, welcoming a diverse mix of occupiers including retailers, healthcare providers, professional services businesses and local entrepreneurs. The completed lettings include:

• 82 Church Road, Barnes – Let in July 2026. A retail premises extending to approximately 863 sq ft across ground, lower ground and basement floors, let to a retailer.

• 8-9 Rocks Lane, Barnes – Let in May 2026. Approximately 1,178 sq ft of ground and basement accommodation let to a medical operator.

• 100 Church Road, Barnes – Let in April 2026. The former locksmith unit was secured by a local Barnes contractor specialising in bespoke refurbishments, extensions, conversions and design-and-build services, which will occupy the premises as its new office and showroom.

• 86 Church Road, Barnes – Let in January 2026. Approximately 1,021 sq ft of retail accommodation let to Lark London, the family-owned fashion retailer with 20 stores across London.

• 102 Church Road, Barnes – Let in December 2025. The former bank building was let to a private doctors' surgery, bringing an important healthcare service to the local community.
