SHW - Two new occupiers secured for Deacon Trading Estate, Aylesford

SHW, on behalf of Aberdeen Investments, has secured two new tenants for Deacon Trading Estate, prior to completion of refurbishment works.
Located on Forstal Road in Aylesford, Kent, the established industrial estate is strategically placed one mile west of J6 of the M20 motorway, providing easy accessibility to the wider motorway network.
Modern Milkman and Generator Installations have taken units 1E and 1F respectively, each comprising c. 6,500 sq ft with warehouse and office space and both with good sized yard space and parking.
