SHW - Frameworks adds to its London managed workspaces

SHW, on behalf of a private landlord has completed the letting of The Space 235 High Holborn, London WC1 to Frameworks.
The c. 15,000 sq ft office building has been taken in its entirety by the managed workspaces operator to add to its existing portfolio in London.
SHW’s Richard Williams says: “The building occupies a prime location on this busy thoroughfare, just a minutes’ walk from Holborn underground station, benefiting from a fantastic and varied retail and leisure offering.
“This is the second time I have let this building in its entirety, the first was over 10 years ago! Whilst some of the market dynamics may have changed, the old adage of Location, Location, tube station hasn’t! The building is well placed for another 10 years.”
