SHW - SBS Bathrooms settles into its new Bromley Road showroom

SHW, on behalf of its private landlord client, has secured a new long-term lease with SBS Bathrooms at 359 Bromley Road, Catford, following a full refurbishment of the prominent showroom property.
The 6,882 sq ft unit was previously occupied as a car showroom and has undergone a full refurbishment, managed by SHW’s building consultancy team. SBS Bathrooms has taken the space for use as its new store in Catford, which benefits from extensive car parking and frontage on the A21 Bromley Road.

Our goal is to create a welcoming space that combines inspirational bathroom design with reliable trade services and expert customer support. We’re currently working towards an opening in September and look forward to becoming part of the local business community.”
