SHW’s Building Consultancy Department successfully managed a comprehensive residential project in Ewell, Epsom, guiding the process from initial defect analysis through to final handover. Acting on behalf of a private client for whom we provide ongoing residential property management services, our role was both multi-disciplinary and client-focused, ensuring a seamless and high-quality outcome throughout.

The project began with a detailed defect analysis report, identifying a range of internal and external issues requiring attention. While no initial budget allocation was set, the project was delivered with strong financial control. The original contract sum totalled £28,234.01, with the final account concluding at £25,634.01—representing a saving of £2,600.
This cost efficiency was achieved without compromising quality, demonstrating SHW’s commitment to delivering value-driven solutions alongside technical excellence.
