ProSys Dev Ltd has acquired the 2,468 sq ft Unit 13, and Proaxs has purchased Unit 9, totalling 2,473 sq ft, within the brand new development of 14 warehouse units, located on the North Eastern side of Crawley, less than half a mile from J10 of the M23.

These latest deals bring the total sales to 10 out of 14. Only four units remain available offering freehold space ranging from 2,471 to 2,489 sq ft.

The site forms part of a wider, mixed-use development at Crawley North East Sector which, when complete, will include 1845 homes, a neighbourhood centre, a school and further employment space.
