Matt joined SHW in 2018 as an Apprentice, where he studied whilst working and graduated from the University College of Estate Management in June 2023. Matt subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer in October 2023.

Matt works in the Development Consultancy and Retail departments within SHW’s South London office, advising a range of clients on agency and consultancy advice in Surrey, South London and Kent.

During Matt’s time at SHW, he has been involved with:

•  Advising private vendors, Charities and Local Authorities on the disposal of commercial properties and residential development opportunities

• Undertaking Red Book compliant valuations of property and land for residential development purposes

• Providing development consultancy advice to clients with regards to residential development opportunities and development viability
