Craig joined SHW in February 2026 as Director of the BCD Team in London. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from The London South Bank University and is a Member of both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered institute of Building.

Craig has 25 years’ experience working in Housing Associations and Consultancy providing Building Surveying services.

Craig also serves as an APC Assessor for the RICS via the Building Surveying pathway and also acts as a counsellor to candidates looking to sit the APC.
