The examples below highlight the ways in which we have made energy savings across our client's properties.
Fleet – 16,000 sqft
On appointment we identified the fan coil units had not been served and the plant running times had not been reviewed. We organised a service of the Fan Coil Units to allow the system to operate correctly. Following this, we reviewed with the occupiers their hours of use and reduced, the running time of the plant by 10% while maintaining conditions.
Reading – 14,000 sqft
Through use of information from AMR’s and active occupier engagement achieving 12% year on year reduction in electricity consumption and agreed Christmas shutdown achieved year on year reduction of 45% of electricity consumption.
Brighton – 100,000 sqft
Bream excellent building, proactive management of development ensuring optimisation of plant running times and promotion of energy management with occupiers resulting in electricity consumption 40% lower than projected forecast.
