Adrian Dack is Partner & Head of Property Management at SHW, based in London. He leads the firm’s Commercial and Residential Management teams across SHW’s office network, delivering consistent, client‑focused service.

Adrian brings extensive experience gained with a national retailer and later with both international and national property consultancies. This blend gives him a well‑rounded perspective from both occupier and investor viewpoints. He has led teams across all major property sectors—from shopping centres to residential—for a broad client base that includes institutional funds, property companies, corporates, charities, local authorities, and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Since joining SHW in 2016, Adrian has worked with the team to grow the Property Management business year on year, implementing targeted projects to enhance service delivery, income performance, and client satisfaction.
