Richard Cohen has been appointed as Associate within SHW’s London Commercial Property Management team. Richard joins from JLL where he was Contract Manager within the Property & Asset Management department, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of industrial, mixed-use, office, and retail assets across the UK.

Angela O’Shea has been appointed as an Associate in SHW’s Property Management team, with a focus on delivering operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and safeguarding asset value across her client portfolio, along with strengthening and expanding SHW’s South West London and South London residential Property Management services. Joining alongside Angela is Property Manager Lilly Weeden-Borg who will be supporting this expansion.

In the fourth appointment this summer, Keith Yim has joined as Senior Property Manager in SHW’s Commercial Property Management team. Keith will be managing commercial property portfolios on behalf of clients across London and the South East.
