With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Carol brings a deep and wide-ranging expertise across infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, software and hardware configuration, telephony systems, and compliance. She is committed to leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance efficiency, resilience, and innovation across SHW.

Throughout her career at SHW, Carol has successfully led numerous complex, business‑critical, technology projects. She is dedicated to continuous improvement, staying ahead of evolving technological trends to ensure the company remains secure, scalable, and future-ready.

As Partner and Head of Technology, Carol leads a team of six and oversees technology strategy, operations, and change initiatives within the firm.  She works closely with colleagues across the business to ensure systems and solutions effectively support SHW’s people, clients, and long‑term goals.
