SHW TEAMS WITH REAL ESTATE CHARITIES

SHW has entered corporate partnerships with two leading real estate organisations as part of its charitable programme for 2021/22. These are in addition to its staff-chosen charities of Croydon Vision and mASCot.
The first new partnership is Pathways to Property, a joint venture between Henley Business School and the University of Reading. This aims to widen access to the real estate profession by raising awareness of the range of careers it offers. As SHW's chosen charity for 2021/22, it provides many opportunities to volunteer and get involved throughout the year.
SHW has also formally entered a corporate partnership with Lionheart, which works with the surveying community to help build stronger and happier businesses. Lionheart supports past and present RICS professionals and their families from APC right through their working lives and into retirement. This partnership will enable all SHW staff to tap into RICS' vast array of resources.
The staff-chosen charities for 2021/22 are Croydon Vision, which aims to encourage independence, confidence and personal development among the blind and partially sighted community of Croydon, and mASCot, a Sussex-based charity that supports families with autistic children or young people.
