Adam is the former Senior Partner of SHW and has been based in our Crawley/Gatwick office since 1992. In January 2026, he took over responsibilty of the SHW Guildford office and spends his time between the two offices.

Adam specialises in Office Agency, Acquisition, Development and Investment advice, not only across Sussex and Surrey but also the rest of the UK as Clients require, with recent work in Sheffield, Ipswich and the City of London.

Adam is also one of the Founding Members of the Crawley Professional Services Forum and was instrumental in setting up ‘Invest Crawley’ a Public/Private Sector joint initiative promoting the opportunities within the Crawley/Gatwick Region.
