SHW refurbishes Units 1-3 Rutland Way, completing another successful project for BMO Property Growth & Income Fund ICVC.

SHW working with BMO advised on the dilapidations and fully refurbished the interior of Unit 2 whilst also providing and eternal refurbishment to Unit 1-3 including the application of a new architectural coating to the metal cladding creating a more modern colour scheme and overall aesthetic. This updated the building and gave it a new fresh look that is more likely to attract new tenants to this industrial warehouse space.

BMO Property Growth & Income Fund launched in 2005, specialising in physical properties and listed real estate, helping their clients to meet their investment goals, while also building a more sustainable and secure future.


Located on Rutland Way 1 mile from Chichester centre, the warehouses are only a 7 min drive from the main railway station and 9 mins from Fishbourne commuter station it is in a highly sought after area.


SHW completed the project with BMO in November 2022. Harry Beyer who has been working with BMO Property Growth & Income Fund for the past 2.5 years as their Senior Building Surveyor comments: “We are pleased to be able to deliver another successful project for our client from the initial dilapidations inspection, through to managing the original works extensions as the onsite project continued.
