Tom is a Chartered Surveyor who operates within the Commercial Property Management Division where he manages a number of commercial property portfolios on behalf of clients across London and the southeast.

Tom deals with all aspects of the management of the properties in the various portfolios.

Including;

• Rent collection
• Service charge administration
• Rent reviews
• Lease renewals
• General property and asset management advice.
