Tom graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and has more recently obtained an MSc in Real Estate, through the University College of Estate Management. Tom works in SHW’s Croydon & Epsom offices, covering Agency and Lease Advisory matters in the South West M25 region for a variety of clients including institutional investors, private landlords and occupiers.
