Paul Farrell is an experienced Property Manager & Department Head, with over 20 years block management experience of public, private sector and multi-tenure developments. Paul also has detailed experience of managing different types of properties from estate management, new build developments, high end Grade Listed mansion blocks and High Risk Blocks (HRB’s)

Calculate and set annual service charge budgets in excess of £2m.

Detailed experience of the Building Safety Fund and Developer Remediation contracts.

Experience with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) & Building Safety Cases.

Liaise between clients, residents and contractors.

Plan major works under Section 20.

Draw up long term works schedules.

Attend AGM’s, EGM’s and other residential meetings.

Building Insurance procurement and claims.

Dealing with residents and solicitors enquiries.

Arranging Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments along with any associated works.

Managing in excess of onsite 35 staff.

Managing the London Residential Department with management fees in excess of £1.2m and over 10,000 units under management.
