Justin Dyer is Head of the London Commercial Property Management department at SHW and a Management Surveyor within the team. He has been with the firm since 2013, following SHW’s acquisition of general practice surveyors George Trollope, where he had previously worked for nine years.
Justin is responsible for the management of office, industrial and retail assets across the UK, acting for a broad range of landlords from private individuals to institutional and listed property owners. His experience extends to long leasehold residential portfolios and mixed‑use development schemes, where robust governance and clear stakeholder engagement are essential. Justin’s work covers all core aspects of commercial property management, including rent collection, service charge administration, contractor management, and lease compliance, delivered in line with recognised industry standards.
As a client‑facing lead, Justin focuses on rent collection and multi‑let service charge administration, with a strong emphasis on transparency, accuracy and compliance. He has an established track record for long‑term client retention, with several client relationships extending in excess of 15 years, reflecting the confidence placed in his professional advice and stewardship.
Justin is closely involved in all aspects of commercial property management, from onboarding new instructions and implementing compliant management structures, through to tailoring asset‑specific solutions aligned with client objectives. He adopts a service‑driven and collaborative approach, working constructively with both landlords and occupiers to deliver value for money, consistency of service and well‑coordinated outcomes.
Justin graduated from London South Bank University with a degree in Estate Management. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, travel and is a self‑confessed petrolhead.
