Kevin is Department Head of the South London Property Management Department.

With experience of managing property on behalf of numerous clients across London and the Southeast, Kevin’s clients include property investment companies, Local Authorities, private individuals, and LPA Receivers.

He deals with all aspects of the management of the properties in the various portfolios such as rent collection, service charge administration, rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears and general property and asset management advice.

Having joined the SHW in 2007 as a senior surveyor, he was made Partner in 2014.

In 2017 he was elected to the Partnership Board.
