Kevin works within the Commercial Property Management Division where he manages a number of commercial property portfolios on behalf of numerous clients across London and the south east.

 

Kevin is Department Head of the Croydon Property Management Department and deals with all aspects of the management of the properties in the various portfolios.

• Service charge administration
• Rent reviews
• Lease renewals
• Llease regears
• General property and asset management advice.
