• Edward Street Quarter: 110,000 sq ft offices development within a mixed use scheme.  This is the largest office development in Brighton for the last 30 years.  80% let prior to practical completion.  Acting on behalf of Socius.
• Circus Street: 30,000 sq ft office development within a mixed use scheme.  Acting on behalf of U&I
• The Brinell Building, 60,000 sq ft office development. 100% pre-let prior to practical completion.  Acting on behalf of McAleer and Rushe.
• Trafalgar Place – advising on this 5 building office scheme on behalf of both NFU and Schroders.
