David is a Senior Building Surveyor based in our Eastbourne office, with over 18 years of experience in the property industry – including time working internationally. With 8 years PQE in residential and commercial surveying, David primarily focuses on Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration and Project work, as well as detailed defect analysis and dilapidation reports/assessments.
