Exauce Shongo began his career in residential property management in 2023 within a finance team, developing a strong understanding of service charges, budgeting, and leaseholder accounts. He later progressed into a Property Manager role, gaining experience across leasehold property management, major works consultations, compliance, and resident engagement. Exauce holds the TPI Level 2 qualification and is currently studying towards Levels 3 and 4.
