SHW completes Southwick Square regear and adjoining letting to Bake Out

Acting on behalf of its client, SHW has completed a regear of 30 Southwick Square alongside the letting of the adjoining 32 Southwick Square to Bake Out. The transaction secures continued income from an established local occupier while also enabling the business to strengthen and expand its presence within one of Southwick’s best-known retail parades.
Bake Out already trades successfully from Southwick Square and is well known locally for its artisan bakery and café offer. Its continued commitment to the parade reflects the ongoing appeal of Southwick Square as a convenient neighbourhood destination, serving both local residents and day-to-day visitors with a mix of independent operators and essential amenities.
