SHW lets North Laine retail unit in Brighton to Picture This Film Lab

Acting on behalf of Schroders Investment Management, SHW has secured the letting of 67 Trafalgar Street in Brighton’s North Laine to Picture This Film Lab, an independent photography and lifestyle retailer. Positioned close to Brighton station, the unit benefits from strong footfall and a prominent location within one of the city’s best-known independent retail destinations.
North Laine continues to attract a diverse mix of independent operators, creative businesses and specialist retailers, making it a strong fit for a concept such as Picture This Film Lab. The occupier’s offer, which combines film processing, scanning, printing and camera retail, adds to the character of Trafalgar Street and reinforces the area’s reputation as a destination for distinctive independent businesses.
