SHW secures Redhills largest industrial letting this year.

SHW, on behalf of Redhill Aerodrome Trading Limited, has let units 1 and 2 Redhill Aerodrome, consisting of 30,000 sq ft, making it one of Redhill’s largest lettings in the last 5 years.
The 5 year lease secured with a storage company has meant that all industrial units at Redhill Aerodrome are now occupied, with the only availability being office space within the main Business Centre and Aero 16.
Redhill Aerodrome, Kings Mill Lane boasts two interconnecting warehouse units with profile metal cladding under a steel truss roof, with transparent panels to the roof of unit 2. The floor is tiered over two levels with a ramp between the two. The units form part of the Redhill Aerodrome located 1.7 miles south of the A25 at Nutfield, itself a couple of miles east of Redhill town centre.
