SHW refurbishes Unit B, Causeway Central warehouse, completing another successful project for BMO Property Growth & Income Fund ICVC

SHW working with BMO advised on the dilapidations and refurbished the Unit to provide a high quality 9,717 sq ft steel framed, end terrace warehouse, with the removal of partitions and reinstatement of original layout. In addition, anew ground floor kitchen was added along with new carpeting, cleaning, and replacement of lighting with LED to improve energy efficiency.

 

Located on Pioneer Park within the established commercial area of central Bristol known as St Philips. It is 1.5 miles east of the city centre, which is accessed via the A4320 St Philips Causeway, the property is in a prime business location and perfect for letting.

 

Following the success of this project, SHW went on to work with BMO again, this time in Northampton.

 

SHW completed the project with BMO in April 2021. Harry Beyer who has been working with BMO Property Growth & Income Fund for the past 2 years as their Senior Building Surveyor comments: "We are pleased to be able to deliver another successful project for our client from the initial dilapidations inspection, through to managing the works and agreeing a settlement with the Tenant.
