SHW sells prime Croydon car showroom

SHW, on behalf of an institutional landlord, has completed the sale of a prime freehold car showroom at 8 Imperial Way in Croydon.
The 17,598 sq ft former Mazda dealership has been acquired by the Berry Group for a state-of-the-art BMW bodyshop.
