SHW are delighted to toast the successful sale of 5-13 West Street in Reigate on behalf of private clients.

The site comprised a mixed-use asset including shops, a brewery and office upper parts with a passing rent of £162,470pa and permitted development rights to convert the offices to 14 flats.

Senior Surveyor Harry Speed said:

“We managed the asset on behalf of our client, and also provided lease advisory, retail and office agency services as well as building surveying services and rating advice.
Our retail agency team successfully let the only remaining vacant retail unit, no 9 & 11, and we subsequently sold the site to a private developer.

The sale highlights our ability to utilise our wide array of expertise in order to best advise clients and maximise sale receipts.”
