SHW appointed as letting agent for Panattoni Park Burgess Hill

SHW has been appointed joint letting agent, along with DTRE and Lambert Smith Hampton, for Panattoni’s newly acquired 22-acre site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.



Panattoni, the UK’s largest speculative developer, plans to start construction of Panattoni Park Burgess Hill in Q4 2022, to provide last mile logistics units ranging from 7,466 to 141,460 sq ft, with design and build opportunities available.

 

Located in an established industrial location, already homes to occupiers such as DPD and Roche, the site fronts the A2300 dual carriageway, providing fast access to the A23/M23, to serve Crawley, Brighton and the South Coast.

 

The new development aims to the deliver a BREEAM Excellent rating and an EPC of ‘A’, with completion expected mid-2023.

 

Tim Hardwicke, Partner at SHW comments: “The site has been acquired with outline planning consent for B2 and B8 use, enabling a swift build to provide much needed, quality, warehouse facilities to serve the region. As such, we have several occupiers already showing interest in the bespoke units.”
