SHW completes sale of Kent industrial investment

SHW, on behalf of a private family property company, has sold the freehold interest in Units 4 and 5 Britannia Business Park to a Kent-based private investor.
The two, modern industrial units, each totalling 2,476 sq ft, are well let with strong financials: Unit 4 to the Secretary of State for Health and Unit 5 to charity Choice Support.
Located on Mills Road, Quarry Wood in Aylesford, Kent, Britannia Business Park is strategically located close to Junction 5 of the M20, with other occupiers including Screwfix, HSS and Sytner.
