SHW have sold Cetec House on Cleeve Road a 1970s two storey business unit on a 1 acre site with consent for an 18,500 sq ft warehouse.
SHW's planning team obtained consent for the 18,500 sq ft warehouse and the agency team agreed a sale of the complicated long leasehold interest to an owner occupier. Bids were received from occupiers and developers, showing the strength of the industrial market.
