Worthing industrial round-up

Despite ongoing political uncertainty and the lack of supply SHW have just closed a number of new transactions in the industrial sector.



16 Northbrook Business Park, 3,428 sq ft has been occupied by Black Box Homes Ltd. Furthermore, Unit D4, Riverside industrial Estate, Littlehampton 1,539 sq ft (above) was let on a long lease to Dentalbuild Ltd.

 

SHW Business Space Partner Duncan Marsh said: “More than ever before there is a dire need for new pipeline space. Other areas of the county have benefitted from speculative development, attracting new business and healthy pre-lets. This needs to start happening to the west of the Adur.”
