SHW and joint agent Lambourn Commercial have completed the latest letting at Workspace Group’s Corinthian House in Croydon to Pinnacle ESP.

The engineering company, which specialises in cost-efficient mechanical, electrical and public health engineering design, has taken Suite 5A, comprising 1,428 sq ft of high-quality, Cat A+ office space, with a boardroom and kitchen space.

This follows a flurry of recent lettings to TSA Riley, Cyclr and United Response at the 10-storey building which is home to a thriving tenant community with a diverse mix of businesses in sectors such as finance, insurance, commodities and real estate.
Corinthian House occupies a prime position in East Croydon, with a range of amenities nearby for occupiers, including the food and beverage options at BoxPark. Just a two-minute walk to east Croydon Station, with quick train links into Central London and the wider South East and South Coast.
