That was until SHW Building Consultancy were instructed to project manage a complete rebuild - transforming it into a cutting-edge 5,734 sq ft unit complete with many features required in the modern logistics workplace including:

SHW Building Surveyor William Pidgeon said: “The unit will be available from October 2019, and in the meantime marketing has commenced and we anticipate a range of high calibre tenants will express interest.”
