SHW has merged with independent property consultants Karrison Property, further strengthening its presence across the South East M25 region.

The move will see SHW assume responsibility for Karrison’s existing commercial leasing agency instructions, covering a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties across Kent and West Sussex. The integration will be led by SHW Director Thomas Tarn and will enable Karrison’s clients to access SHW’s full-service advisory offering, including professional services, building consultancy, property management and agency.
Karrison’s client base includes high-net-worth individuals, pension funds, family-owned trusts and commercial occupiers, alongside specialist assets such as a family-owned wine estate in Westerham.
Russell Markham, managing partner at SHW, said: “This latest alignment allows us to significantly expand our operations across Kent and West Sussex, taking on a strong, established agency portfolio while extending our wider advisory expertise to an expanded client base.”
The merger follows SHW’s recent expansion across Surrey, announced following its strategic partnership with Lambert Smith Hampton and reflects the firm’s continued focus on targeted regional growth across the South East.
Stiles Harold Williams Partnership LLP, trading as SHW, is an independent, full-service real estate advisory firm employing around 200 staff across ten offices in London and the South East. The firm advises clients nationwide and is recognised for its expertise across office, industrial and retail property, supported by specialist teams in investment, development, rating, healthcare & medical, roadside, charities, airports, leisure and leasehold reform. SHW’s property management team oversees more than 1,000 properties across multiple sectors throughout the UK.
