Lewes continues to prove a popular location

Acting on behalf of the landlord, SHW have let Unit 28 on the Cliffe Industrial Estate, Lewes to Hanover Displays, who already occupy a number of units on the estate.



The 9,688 sq ft unit with an enclosed yard was let on a new lease, in a town where industrial space is at a premium.

 

SHW in conjunction with joint letting agents Flude Commercial are also marketing a further 2,358 sq ft.

 

Industrial availability in Lewes is at a historically low level of only 5,000 sq ft, and rents have correspondingly increased over the last few years to £11-12 psf from circa £7 psf.

The Cliffe Industrial Estate continues to prove popular to both existing occupiers on the estate and companies from further afield and we are pleased to have agreed a new letting for the landlord within a couple of months of the unit becoming vacant."
