As Sustainability Graduate, you will be required to work alongside the Sustainability Lead and Head of FM/Sustainability to help drive the SHW Sustainability service line. You will support our continuous aim of providing sustainable and innovative ESG initiatives as a service to our clients across their portfolio whilst achieving and leading the way within SHW. Strong understanding of commercial building services and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in an environmental discipline or equivalent or willingness to join a degree level apprenticeship scheme, a strong understanding and awareness of ESG/Sustainability issues i.e. Climate issue awareness / NCZ, attention to detail, ability to work with numerical data and identify trends to present reports to demonstrate, using MS Excel/or similar and be passionate about ESG/Sustainability to proactively dedicate time to their own CPD/personal development.
