Tom has worked at SHW for five years in our agency division in the South West London (Kingston) office, focussing on the sales and lettings of retail, office, industrial and mixed use buildings.

During Tom’s time at SHW he has been involved with:

• Providing marketing appraisals for both the sale and letting of a variety of commercial property types

• Advising private and corporate vendors on the disposal of commercial property assets

• Finding suitable and reliable tenants for all kinds of commercial property

Notable transactions Tom has undertaken include the change of use and subsequent lettings of a 20,000 sqft building to the local grammar school and the letting of over 11,000 sqft of office space in Feltham that had otherwise been unoccupied for over 3 years.
