Tom joined SHW in 2025 following an MSc at the University of Reading, and is working towards the Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Tom works around Surrey & South London, specialising in Office Agency.

His work includes leasing and sales of offices on behalf of a range of clients including institutional investors, property companies and private owners.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys sailing and all things automotive.
