Jane Coldbreath joined SHW in November 2024, bringing more than 20 years of expertise in property management. She is responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of mixed-use commercial assets, such as shopping centres, business parks, offices, and industrial estates.

Jane manages every facet of property administration, including rent collection, service charge management—with a proven ability to administer complex budgets—and providing comprehensive guidance. She works closely with clients to develop and deliver bespoke services tailored to their individual requirements.
