Harry is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.

His specialism is in residential developments and investments, advising clients on their properties across London and the South East. His work entails sales, acquisitions, Red Book valuations and consultancy work.

Notable transactions include:

• Sale of Rayford House in Hove with Planning Consent for 41 flats on behalf of a property developer.

• Acquisition of 31 Worcester Road in Sutton, comprising a 37-bed former care home and nine bungalows, on behalf of a property developer.

• Sale of 5-13 West Street in Reigate, a mixed-use multi let asset with a passing rent of £162,470pa, on behalf of a property company.

• Sale of Gainsborough House in Crawley, a mixed-use asset comprising 20,705 sq ft NIA of vacant office space and 3,017 sq ft NIA of retail, on behalf of a property company.

Outside of work Harry is a gym-enthusiast, a mediocre tennis player and an avid Arsenal fan.
