Charlie joined SHW in 2019 as a graduate from The University of Sheffield. After completing an MSc in Commercial Real Estate from The University College of Estate Management (UCEM), Charlie passed his APC and qualified as a chartered surveyor in Spring 2023.

Charlie works in the Surrey & South London agency team, specialising in the sale, letting and acquisition of industrial and logistics premises in South London. His key lines of work include:

• Leasing and letting industrial, logistics and open storage property.

• Sale of industrial property to a variety of owner-occupiers.

• Advising clients on asset-specific strategies to minimise voids and maximise profitability on various multi-let industrial estates.

• Providing strategic advice and sale of industrial investment property.

• Providing strategic advice on the construction of new-build and the refurbishment of existing industrial property.

• Leasing and letting of retail space.
